TASTING NOTES

MAS BUSCADOS BALNCO 2015 - 139 kr

This seasons big big surprise and an absolute bargain.

Golden sunset ish on colour. Already here you get the vibes from Burgundy/Rhone.
Intriguing fragrances of ripe yellow fruits, dried apricots and figs. There is a hint of butter and oak barrel somewhere in the back.
Rich entry in the mouth with tastes of tropical ripe yellow fruits and melons. Long lasting and playful aftertaste.

This beauty drinks great on her own, but can accompany shellfish, white fish dishes and even poultry.

Stock up! Because this baby will rise in price; just a matter of time.

SOELLNER ROTER VELTLINER 2016 -
159 kr

Light yellow, slightly green on colour. Fresh notes of sitrus, chalk, white peaches and fresh cut grass.
Exotic in the mouth, with passion fruits, yellow young fruits and honey melons on taste. Good length with notes of grapefruit in the after tast. Lively and fun wine, with a "vegetarian dish"-feel to it, sort of speak.

PEDREGOSA RESERVA CLOS BRUT NATURE - 139 KR

Light straw yellow on colour. Easy going on smell, giving away sitrus, wet rocks and lime zest. Pure and crisp flavours holding mixed  yellow fruits and lemonade from a stand. Small and playful bubbles and perfect as an aperitif.

CHATEAU DU COING l´ANCESTRALE 2010 - 152 KR

First of all: this is a seven year old white wine. That's interesting juste there. And at THAT price... oh lord!!

Deep bright straw yellow on colour. Delightful nose of fresh squeezed lime and lemons, with a hint of mint leaves.
Lovely in the mouth. Soft and elegant with nicely rounded acidity. Tastes of fresh herbs, lemonade and touch of ocean air...if that's even possible as a taste :) Playful finish that lingers long in the mouth.
This baby would be excellent with seafood and oysters. Just saying ;)

BIOKULT PET NAT 2016 -  149 kr

Deep orange, sunset in colour. Tiny bubbles reveal themselves, as you pour it. Notes of red berries and honey melons. Hints of butter biscuits and flowers on a spring day.
Flavours of french herbs and light red berries. Elegant wine with fun small bubbles having a party in your mouth. The elegance of this wine is quite amazing. It would go well with the park classic: grilled hot dogs in bunns. Holds 10,5% alcohol.

ENJOY!
