This week we head to Argentina - the land famous for their steaks and barbecue. Here they've made it an art form to cultivate high altitude Malbec grapes, which is the finest pairing you can have with a steak.

Pasarisa Malbec 2018 - 204kr

Deep blue, purple colour.
Dominated by young and fruit driven aromas such as blackberries, ripe plums and prunes. Spiced up with secondary aromas such as liquorice and sweet tobacco. 
Elegant and rich wine with flavours such as blackberries, herbs and pepper spices. Beautiful soft tannins, firm style and excellent length. 

Benefits from some air. 15-20 minutes opens it up, and makes it truly enjoyable.

With food
This is a steak and barbecue wine deluxe. Try it with your classic entrecôte or lamb on the grill. Will be amazing with southern cooking as spareribs or brisket.
