Wine of the week: Pink and Juicy

​Moody weather calls for a stable wine. France and Burgundy always delivers, and this time we've picked a gem from Beaujolais. Château Cambon is a fantastic producer, and this 2018 rosé lives up to its legacy.

Tasting notes:

Chateau Chambon Rosé 2018 - 189Kr

Brilliant deep pink colour. 
Fresh smell of raspberries, honeydew melon and herb garden. 
Rich, juicy and delicate taste of raspberries and currants, with hints of lime. Long and tasty in the mouth, with an elegant finish.

Excellent price - excellent wine.

FOOD
This is a true easy drinking wine, so no food is needed. But it will go excellent with light chicken or pork dishes. Great with a summer salad or serve as an aperitif when having guests.
