Lovely light pink color.
Light and delicate aromas of red currants, French herbs and warm stones in the sun.
Nice and fresh in the mouth, with light red berries and herbs. Good intensity in the fruit and very nice acidity. 



WITH FOOD
Keep it light to get a good match. Salads, vegetarian dishes, but also pan seared white fish and crabs.
