Open your Irish heart and enjoy this golden appetizer :)  8 days of filming around Ireland is done. We now start editing and the 45 min episode will premiere on Wednesday November 13th - on Matkanalen and our YouTube Channel. Here's a few images from our journey, while waiting 😊          Filipa (14) found her great grandmas old cookbook in the attic. A strange book full of recipes she neither heard about or tasted.  In February we shot a TV series called "Oldemors kokebok" (Great grandmas cookbook) where Filipa set out to recreate the dishes. With dad as assistant chéf, they head in to a world of forgotten flavours.    The series is almost ready, and broadcaster plus
premiere date will be announced shortly. Join us as we set out to judge more than 200 Norwegian cheeses, searching for gold :)

 We're exited to announce that we'll be heading to Ireland in October to shoot another episode of KulTour.  A new and exiting culinary wave has reached the great island and we're currently writing and preparing for our upcoming journey.  Irish stew, Guinness and great Whiskey are iconic and well known. But there is so much more to this versatile country. We'll be heading all around the island to meet the locals, taste the specialities and dine in taverns and exclusive restaurants.  Follow our adventures in social media, as we go. We'll be posting on our stories on Instagram - @adventureman_norway & @johnkaare7 - starting October 6th Complete episode will premiere on Matkanalen (The Food Network) in November 2019.
