Norwegian Shrimp Toast

500 grams of fresh Norwegian shrimp
Sourdough bread
Chili mayo
Smoked sea salt
Pepper
Cilantro
Fresh lime
Spring onion

​Peel the shrimps. Cut the bread.
Chili mayo on the bread and add a generous amount of shrimps. Garnish with cilantro and spring onion. Add salt, pepper and some freshly squeezed lime. Enjoy!
