Sourdough bread Sweet and spicy mustard. Ripe avocado Cilantro Curry powder Mustard seeds Chili powder Lime Red onion Extra virgin olive oil Salt & pepper Egg
Take a tea spoon of mustard seeds and place in a small cup filled with water. Toast a slice of bread.
Peel and smash one ripe avocado. Finley chop half a red onion. Mix with avocado in a bowl. Add a splash of olive oil, juice of half a lime and chopped cilantro. Sprinkle some chili powder, a tea spoon of curry powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Fry an egg. Spread some mustard on the toasted bread.
Put rich amounts of avocado spread on the toast. Take the mustard seeds out of the water and sprinkle on top. Finish with the egg.
