Sourdough bread Sweet mustard Ham Cheese of choice Salt & pepper Honey Chili of some sort Fresh butter
Spread sweet mustard on one slice and honey on the other. Salt, pepper and a proper portion of chili. Much of the spiciness will be lost in the fat from the cheese, so just overdo it. Cheese on both slices and ham in the middle. Slow cook on both sides, in pan, using fresh butter. Put lid on top. Use medium to low heat for best result. Overall cooking time between 10-15 minutes.
